The dry ice only mode is ideal for operations that require precise and powerful cleaning with no residues. This technology takes advantage of dry ice sublimation.

Dry Ice changes states from a solid to a gas when hits the surface being cleaned, removing contaminants, coatings and residues without damaging delicate surfaces. It is particularly suitable for cleaning injection and rotomoulding moulds, conveyor belts and sensitive equipment in industrial production lines without downtimes.

Efficient Cleaning with Sodium Bicarbonate

For removing tougher contaminants or for faster cleaning, the Dry Ice + Sodium. Bicarbonate mode offers higher performance with minimal abrasion. Ideal for removing cured pigments and residues from industrial moulds as well as dirt, limescale and contaminants in food or other high hygiene standard industries.

Optimal Performance with Mineral abrasive

The use of a natural, high-performance abrasive (e.g. Garnet) offers exceptional results in the removal of tough coatings, deep rust and for industrial finish preparation. The combination of Garnet with dry ice maximises its efficiency, offering a fast, powerful process with optimal cleaning, reducing the amount of secondary waste.
