“We take the 25 into tight quarters to perform detail prep work, areas that in the past were dedicated to needle scalers or grinders. Those methods were time consuming at best. The two 40’s really are amazing. We can dial in the pressure, the volume of grit and the interchangeable tungsten carbide nozzles, adjust the blast pattern. Shortened time moving equipment, using less grit and more efficient production adds to our bottom line. My foreman recently blasted several shear transfer devices to white metal using minimal grit, which reduces airborne dust, in blistering speed.”
We are extremely pleased with the performance of the equipment.”

“Just to update you on the four units, two each IBIX 40 H20’s, one Hi-Pro 60and the 25 H20 we have purchased since seeing your exhibit at the World of Concrete in 2017. Our men are able to load the units in to our work trucks with ease due their light weight compared to our six sack 450 pound grit blast rig.”
“We are more than pleased with the performance of the equipment and wish your team the best.”
